I am a foodie. ‘Live to eat, not eat to live’ more or less (usually more) sums up my main passion in life, to the point of culpable gluttony. With this spinal cord injury, paralysis prevents the gripping of any ‘holding a racket’ related games, so I often joke that my biggest sport now is eating. Masticating is my main exercise. I know I am not alone in this.
